Shipping
We ship UPS ground. Customer is responsible for shipping fees.

Methods of Payment
We accept Mastercard and Visa through PayPal. We also accept cashiers check, or Personal checks. Returned check fee is $35. Orders will not ship until payment is received.

Lead Time
Please allow 5 days for delivery of product. In some instances (before holidays) delivery may take up to 6 days.

Damaged Freight and Missing Items
All merchandise is shipped F.O.B Shipping Point. This legal term simply means that all merchandise becomes your property as soon as we give it to the freight carrier. The freight carrier is responsible for the complete and safe delivery of your merchandise. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the merchandise when it is delivered. Please let us know within 10 working days of any damaged or missing items. We will contact the freight carrier to file a claim or replace missing product as necessary. Please keep packaging for any damaged materials in case the freight carrier needs to inspect it.

Rush Orders
If you would like your order shipped the next business day we will add on a $25 rush fee.
